Elizabeth Wells is a partner at the Burdge Law Office in Dayton, Ohio. She joined the firm in 2004 and concentrates her practice on consumer protection cases, including lemon law and breach of warranty cases for cars, motorcycles, ATVs, and RVs, and auto fraud cases. Beth has represented Ohio and Kentucky consumers in mediations, jury trials, and arbitration hearings, and before the Ohio Court of Appeals.

Elizabeth Wells was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star, in the practice area of Consumer Law, in 2013, 2014, and again in 2015. Only 2.5 percent of the attorneys in Ohio are selected to the Rising Stars list. Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service for attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a statewide survey of attorneys, independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.

When Beth is not representing consumers in Court or at her desk, her competitive spirit finds its outlet in running as a member of the Runner Plus Elite racing team. She also enjoys family time with her daughters Haley and Mia, and her husband, Ryan.
